Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Taz Kamar Inn Private Limited , we aim to provide a transparent and fair cancellation process. This policy balances guest flexibility with the operational requirements of our T-Nagar property.

1. Cancellation Timeline & Charges
  • 48 Hours or More Before Arrival: Eligible for full refund minus 3% payment gateway processing fee.
  • Within 48 Hours of Arrival: One-night retention charge (room rate + taxes).
  • No-Show: 100% of first night’s stay (including taxes) will be charged.
  • Early Departure: No refund for unused nights after check-in.
2. Specifics for International Guests
  • Mandatory ID Compliance: As per Chennai FRRO regulations, foreign nationals must present original passport and valid visa at check-in.
  • If denied check-in due to invalid/missing documents, it will be treated as a No-Show (no refund).
  • Visa Rejection: Standard cancellation policy applies. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.
3. Refund Process
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source as per CCAvenue and PCI-DSS guidelines.
  • Processing Time: 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Currency Fluctuations:Taz Kamar Inn Private Limited is not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank charges for international payments (USD, EUR, SGD, AUD, MYR).
4. Amendments

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and rate differences. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.
